The two leading stars of ‘Supernatural’ who skipped last year’s panel will join their co-stars and executive producers to present a sneak peek of the sixth season at the annual convention.

The “Supernatural” panel at the San Diego Comic Con International this year has just gone a notch more interesting. The horror series’ two leading men are confirmed attending the panel which is scheduled to take place on the last day of the convention, Sunday, July 25 at Ballroom 20 starting 11:15 A.M.

Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles missed the biggest event for fanboys last year because they were catching up with the shooting schedule in Vancouver. In this summer 2010, both will spare time for the audience along with co-stars Misha Collins and Jim Beaver, as well as executive producers Eric Kripke, Ben Edlund, and new showrunner Sera Gamble.  Read the rest of this entry »

Adrianne Palicki, Sam Winchester’s (Jared Padalecki) ill-fated girlfriend Jessica will return to reprise her role this season on Supernatural.  Jessica, who was killed by a demon in the Supernatural pilot episode, returned at the end of Season 2 when Dean was on his Genie-granting alternate reality trip.  Then Jessica again disappeared into the void.

Well fans, she’s back!  Details are very secret and guarded, but she is back for at least one episode in the upcoming season (just not the premiere episode).

Considering Azazel’s revelation in last season’s finale that he wanted Sam and his powers to kill Lilith in order to free Lucifer, could Jennifer’s death have been part of the plan to set Sam in motion?  If so, her role could be more important than first thought.
